Twenty-eight years of public accounting experience, including: extensive experience in individual and corporation tax planning and preparation. Experience includes consultation to businesses regarding operations, mergers and acquisitions. Eight years with a large regional firm in the audit department leading to audit manager and tax manager positions. President and managing shareholder since June, 1989. Clients include small to large businesses, individuals, trusts, estates, condominium and homeowner associations.
